Dan Weintraub

CEO

Dan Weintraub is the CEO of Ratio Technologies VC Fund.
Dan serves as a member of the board at Capital Nature and as a member of the board at Zooz, Medicvision and WipeFlush.
Dan has held various positions in financial management private equity and investment banking in the last 25 years and has vast experience in public and private equity firms.
Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science and an M.B.A – both from the Hebrew University.

Dr. Adina Makover

Investment Manager

Dr. Makover is Life Sciences Director at Ratio Technologies and serves as the investment manager of the life sciences ventures at Ratio Technologies Venture Capital fund for the past 13 years.

Dr. Makover serves in Capital’s Nature investment committee, as a member of the board at EarlySense and as an Observer at Nurami.
Until 2018 she served as a board member of two public traded companies.
In addition, Dr. Makover is a member of the investment committees of two technological incubators.

Dr. Makover holds a Ph.D. in Life Sciences earned jointly from the Weizmann Institute of Science and Columbia University, USA and an M.B.A. from Bar-Ilan University.

Iris Baumer

 CFO

Prior to joining Ratio Technologies, Ms. Baumer served as a controller at Interactive, a start-up company and as an auditor at Ernst & Young for over 4 years.
Ms. Baumer holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
